Trying to install Plex Server on brand new system. Setup completes but when launching program I get the error "the code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found’ and “VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found”. Did a “complete” uninstall and re-installed - no dice.
Sounds like those are .DLLs that should have been installed with Windows, specifically in Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2015 or greater.
Windows update might fix them automatically, or you can get them from Microsoft (you should install both X86 and X64 versions by the sound of it) and reinstalling them.
