can i somehow edit the Meta in Plex to actually edit the whole “File Directory Meta”? Like i got a Interpret wrong written … if i correct it, will it be corrected in the File itself?

Plex would never ever alter your medias.
When you edit an item, it’s saved into the database

It’s a Plex policy, been like that always, and will never ever change
Yeah it’s better to make sure the embedded metadata in the file is correct before you add it to Plex.
