Metadata and posters not loading with default settings

Hello, I’ve just setup a new installation of Plex Server on a MacBook. Everything was working fine on a different MacBook with the same account and default settings. This time, none of the metadata or movie posters were loading. After trying a bunch of stuff, changing the the movie library settings to:
scanner: Plex Movie Scanner
agent: Plex Movie (legacy)
Usually I’ve always used default and everything worked fine - is this setup correct?

Sorry, not a fix but I’m having the same problem even though I went to settings and had to add Movie and TV database, only option is Plex database.
The more Plex makes this program better, the worse it gets!!!
