Metadata being added but posters not

i have never had a problem with my library and metadata before until a couple of days.

unfortunately one of my HDD’s decided it was time to die. This was where i kept everything to do with PMS. (i didn’t lose any media files luckily).

since that i have got a new HDD and have had to reinstall PMS. after re adding all my media i have found that the metadata is collected but no posters are being added. this is for pretty much all my films and tv shows.

i managed to get PMS to grab some posters but after about 10 min they dissapeard. can anyone please help me i dont no what else to do.

1. please disable ‘verbose’ logging. It is the opposite of helpful.

2. your drive E: is not formatted with the NTFS file system. That’s the reason for the missing posters.

thank you for the quick reply i will try this now. might take a while got over 1tb of data on this drive.

as an update i have changed to ntfs (didnt even realise i still had a drive that wasnt this format) all is working tysm otto
