My metadata for my TV Shows is far from correct, all seasons & episodes have the title “TV Shows”. All the seasons are together, so I have 15 episodes of 3 different series, luckily they are all different seasons, otherwise I have no idea how they would’ve been numbered.
Everything was fine until this afternoon when everything was renamed. I have changed the “Agent” for the metadata database, this hasn’t worked. Help.
What folder did you add to library? How are files named?

The folder was always there, I’ve had everything working since January on my Synology NAS.
My folder structure: MEDIA\TV Shows\ I also have:MEDIA\Movies\ MEDIA\Photos
My naming has never changed eg: Killing.Eve.s02e03.
So typically: MEDIA\TV Shows\Killing.Eve.s02e03.
I think it is the agent “TVDB” that has screwed my system as everything is named “Aqua Teen”
Ive tried to upload screenshot.
I updated PMS on Synology & the PLEX interface on my iMac yesterday then everything got renamed. The MOVIE folder still works as it should, my Photos folder is okay, just my TV Shows are affected.
TheTVDB agent hasn’t done anything. The issue lies with your file naming and organisation. Follow the guide provided by Plex:

Have tried renaming using “TVDB” protocol, please see attached screenshot of my NAS folders.
Still no joy, do I need a space before the hyphen? I wouldn’t have thought so. Still no joy.
Help.
Replace the hyphens in the folder and file names and try again.

Can you see any reason why Mother Father Son & Killing Eve are not working?

(Though possibly not related to issue the show is called Killing Eve not Killing - Eve I don’t think you should put hyphens in everything.)
What folder do you have here for your TV library. Each show has it’s own folder under that main TV folder correct?
