Followed @FordGuy61 & @OttoKerner 's instructions, modified the names and added the Season marker.
I only have F:\anime and not individual folders.
Moved the Local Metadata to the bottom of the list and unchecked the Prefer Local Metadata
Did the Plex Dance and waiting for it to complete.
I have not looked into the new Plex TV series scanner. I started the dance and can’t access the Shows settings
