I would do as Tom said, Fix Match available from the Title ellipsis (…) and refresh metadata but remove that date from" originally available" first. If that fails you have no choice but the Plex Dance on titles failing to creating art. Once that is complete from the left hand side of the web client next to Libraries there is another ellipsis, use Optimize Database.
