Metadata Not Loading, "No Match Found"

Hello,

About a week ago my server stopped pulling in Metadata for both movies and shows. The content I imported were updated versions of current movies and shows I already had in my collection.

If I try to manually “match…” the content through personal media, plex movie, or the movie database options a “no match found” is displayed.

The movies and tv will analyze properly with the titles & years showing under the content, but no other data is retrieved.

It seems like the agents are being blocked from communicating to the outside metadata server.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have similar issue, but just for some Russian TV series. Tried to match using tvdb ID (28957) in the Title field, however still “No Match Found”. Most other Russian TV series are matched successfully at the same time.
For example this series - https://www.thetvdb.com/movies/station-for-two

Looking at the log the following error is being thrown -

ERROR (networking:196) - Error opening URL ‘https://tvdb2.plex.tv/search/series?name=28957’

Would appreciate if someone can advise.
