I am running plex in docker using the official Plex docker build on Unraid 6.8.3 and recently my plex server has stopped matching any metadata.
It wont find anything, even if i go to something already matched and click ‘Fix Match’ it still returns ‘no matches found’ even if i choose a different agent i still get no matches found, this is on both TV and Films.
Any help is appricated.
No one got any ideas
These errors are showing in the logs, I have rebuilt the docker twice but this has not resolved the issue

I have tried clearing down the agent caches and restarting the server still no matches

looks like your container isn’t properly configured and has no access to the config folder (e.g. poor mapping, permissions…).
its worked for a year until now the only change has been updates by plex dev to the container
strangely after moving my config location to
/mnt/disk2/Plex Metadata/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/
I lost access to my server so moved it back to
/mnt/disk2/Plex Metadata/
I regained access to my plex server and also now metadata search works… no idea why it now works
