Can someone help me I am a very novice user to plex, I have just reshuffled my files around, deleted all of my data and I’m rebuilding it, plex won’t download for my tv shows, I have no idea why?

ok so I tried that and it didn’t really do anything, so I deleted the entire TV Shows library, optimised the library, then created a new library so far no metadata is downloading.
