Summary says it all. Some movies have them, some don’t. Test on most recent Roku and Nvidia Shield Plex player. Same movies have missing chapter thumbnails. Any way to force refresh of this or do something else? Thanks.

Player Version#: Not sure about this. Didn’t see in settings. Whatever the current Roku version is as I just installed it today.
