Is there a reason why the same recommended hubs are not available on the Samsung app as they are on the web client?
I assumed all of that would be driven by the server-side but, for instance, I don’t see a “top unplayed movies” option in the Samsung app but I do on my web client.
I also don’t see the “start watching” hub for TV shows in the Tizen app.but I do on my other clients.
Thanks for your help, what else can we do to troubleshoot? I did try retting my customisation and exiting the Plex app but that didn’t work…I haven’t yet tried completely signing out.
FWIW, I enabled the preview of the new UI in the Tizen app a few weeks ago, not sure if that would have messed anything up?
I do have the UNO user interface. I will share a screenshot when I get home. It’s definitely very odd that different servers are giving me different hubs (within the Tizen app) and that certain hubs are missing. It’s not just from the home screen, but even on the ‘recommended’ tabs of my movies and TV shows, the ‘manage hubs’ is missing some of the ones that are available elsewhere.
I’ll try uninstalling and re-installing the app as well. Do you know off hand, is the Tizen app with the UNO interface supposed to be synchronized with the other clients in terms of navigation choices? I don’t see an option for ‘sync’ like I do via the other clients.
Hi,
I was wondering when someone else would have this issue. I have the exact same issue. Have yet to find a solution. For something that they harp on that is server driven it sure isn’t very good. LOL…Plex needs to worry more about the little things first and less about new development. Let’s get the the little things done first, there’s a lot of them to bring this software to where it should be. Just my opinion. Did you find a solution Krugster?
