When I watch the logs and refresh my guide I see a ton of these error messages: eg: EPG[xmltv]: Failed to retrieve universal details for ‘Top Gun’ movie …and many many more So what’s causing this and how can I fix it?

Does anyone know how to contact the support team regarding this issue? I’m a Plex Pass subscriber so I’m hoping there is a way to contact them.
