Missing users when trying to log into plex

Player Version#: 4.30.2

While working on this issue: There was a problem deleting this file - #5 by kjcrowley1 I restarted my NAS and the next time I went into Plex, my users were missing.

There are supposed to two users listed here - both have icons associated with them

I’ve tried restarting the Plex server but I get the same issue. And when I log into Plex with that user, who shouldn’t exist, I get the message:

And this message saying that the server is not up to date, when you can clearly see it is the most recent server:

Clicking the Claim Server button has no apparent effect.

So how do I get my users back?

There’s an issue with the authentication server at the moment, try it again later

I noticed that after posting - I’d delete it but you already replied.

having a slimier issue but my main account is their but all the other family users are gone and the settings for it are gone

All managed users gone for me as well. Is there a fix on the horizon?

The API seems back online and my issue has been resolved.
