Old Bug: Can't Delete User & No Soup For You

I can’t delete a user from my Users area on my master (Plex Pass) account; the x does not turn red. Running on Safari and Firefox doesn’t change anything. Reason being is one of the users I’m trying to delete can’t see my plex server at all as a share, and I’m hoping deleting it from my account then inviting the user again will fix it. I get a “No Soup For You” message when trying to access my PMS DS1019+ (migrated from Mac Mini) on that account.

Edit: It was a bug from last year too, still not fixed. So how can I delete the user?

Server Version#: 1.18.0.1944 In the new web interface, it won’t let me delete a user, despite the fact that I need to. Is there any way I can do this?

DS1019+ Users other than admin can't see server, since migration

Server Version#: DS1019 - PlexMediaServer-1.18.8.2527-740d4c206-x86_64 Player Version#: AppleTV, web/Firefox/Safari Since migrating my PMS from a Mac Mini to my new DS1019+, users other than the admin of server can’t log in and see media files (home users nor shared/friends). Thoughts?
