Not sure what’s going on but Plex thinks there are 2 SRT files, or at least there use to be 2. Have you tried refreshing the metadata for that movie? If that doesn’t work, you’ll need to do a full Plex Dance, Plex incorrectly identifying TV episodes - #4 by OttoKerner.
