Mobile Sync iOS shows no media in library but does Sync just fine

Same here. Everything is updated to the latest version and I deleted and reinstalled the app. Now it‘s another not working library… That’s very unfortunate!

Same issue here: synced media shows up in the Recommended view but not the Library view in the iOS client. Definitely seems like an issue with the iOS client - can’t imagine how this could be a problem with the server since the media is accessible from the client.

Running Plex server version 1.19.4.2865 on Ubuntu 20.04, but had the exact same issue running server version 1.19.3.2793 on Windows 10.

iOS client is version 7.0, but had the exact same issue running the prior version.

I uninstalled both client and server, reinstalled server, then reinstalled the client. No luck. Very annoying considering this functionality is the only thing I use my Plex Pass for.

This is the exact same issue I am having now with the latest updates on both my server and the app as of today.

Exactly the same issue with mine, works fine on a different IPhone but on mine it doesn’t recognise synced library but does sync recommended, please fix Plex!

Same issue under iOS client version 7.1 - even after removing app, rebooting phone, and reinstalling app.

New versions are there.

Again deinstalled the mobile app, restart iPhone, disabled sync for user, stop server on NAS, restart NAS, start Plex server, abled sync for user, log in to mobile app.
Still doesn’t work.

Plex server Version 1.19.4.2935
Plex Web app Version 4.30.2
iOS Version 13.5.1
iOS Plex app Version 7.1

What i regret is that no official from plex says that they try to fix it. Does no one from plex read this posts?

Same here. This seems to be a recurring bug and it gets quite annoing. I keep the version to the latest and reinstalled the App (iOS) at least once a week, because the music “lost” connection to the server… I would appreciate a reaction from Plex to fix that issue!

On a different IPhone I am not able to view the library of audiobooks and on my iPhone I am unable to view sync library. Please Plex fix this issue! Sync is the main reason I have a Plex pass!!

Also having the same issues for a couple weeks server running on Windows 10 with local disk storage and Plex server current.
Having the issue on iphone and iPad, IOS 13.5.1
Logged out on app ( I use the administrator account login), deleted app, reinstalled. Issue remains.
Makes it an issue to download multiple videos and access them all.

Same sort of issue here. iOS 13.4.1 (Plex 7.1) and Server ( 1.19.4.2935) both up to date as of June 17 2020.

Managed user cannot access music library. I can search for songs and they show up fine. I can also view the ‘recommended’ tab and access files from there. They all play, just can’t access anything from the basic Music>Library tab. I can access synced items downloaded by main admin user.

Oddly, my main admin user cannot access any synced music (which was downloaded using that user!). This admin user can access the music library tab like normal (unlike the managed user). Since I cannot technically toggle sync or library access restrictions for the admin user, I’m left with no troubleshooting options.

I also tried repairing a potentially corrupt database. No resolution, errors continued.

Attached are my iOS logs.PlexDebugInfo-ymgenesis-7.1-20782 (2020-06-17 16.02.30 -0400).zip (7.5 MB)

Any news on when this will be fixed!! It is a really annoying issue!

This has now been fixed with the latest update in the App Store.
