Movie and Show extras won't play on web version of Plex

Server Version#: 1.42.2.10156
Player Version#: 4.152.0

I am using the Plex Web Player (app.plex.tv)
Local extras that I have on my plex server won’t play on the web app. The same extras play fine on the Google TV Plex App.

I am watching some right now in Web, from my server.

What are the video & audio codecs, and the container format?
Are subtitles required? If so, what format are these?

Tested on 2 other machines, local and remote

Server Version#: 1.42.2.10156 (ASUSTOR)
Player Version#: 4.152.0
Chorme: 141.0.7390.123 (Official Build) (64-bit)
