Movie file moved to different library not being recognized

I have two Movie libraries: Movies and “Movies - Children” both pointing to files on a NAS.

I had a movie that was in the Children folder and I moved it the regular Movie folder by moving (not copying) the file in Windows.

I’ve tried to scan library files for both libraries, waited 3 days, even though my libraries are set to scan daily, but no matter what, the file still shows up in the Children folder when I search for it as Unavailable, and won’t come up the new directory it’s been moved to.

How do I get Plex to recognize the file in the new folder I’ve moved it to?

Looks like the issue seems to be due to an update with the latest version of Plex (1.13.4.5271).

Thanks. That value is and has been enabled.

I think the issue is what I posted in my 2nd comment re the bug. When I changed the movie scanner in Advanced, that fixed the issue.

EDIT: I apologize. I should have been clear that the issue is appearing on my NVidia Shield. My Windows machine is where I access the NAS and can move files around, but this issue is via the NVidia Shield.
