Your database might be corrupted. There are many messages for missing files, “Error Parsing Files,” “Slow Query,” etc.
See the missing file entries below. Do they really exist in your system?
You also need to clean up your file naming to better follow Plex standards. Extraneous information in file names such as “HEVC.720p.etc” can make it difficult for Plex to correctly match movies and TV shows (Plex is very picky with TV shows). More details below.
See the Repair A Corrupt Database support article. It provides information on how to check & repair a database.
Note, since you just re-installed everything, it might be easier to delete the existing database. You won’t have to reinstall Plex or lose any movies. You will have to recreate your libraries. See the blue info box in the support article (~5th paragraph) for more info.

File Naming and Structure
You should follow Plex’s naming & organization standards. It helps Plex match movies and TV shows faster and more reliably. The extraneous information such as “720p.BluRay.HEVC” makes it more difficult for Plex to match things. If you want to keep the info, put it in square brackets, so Plex will ignore it.
Instead of:
\Movies\Alita Battle Angel (2019)\Alita.Battle.Angel.2019.720p.BluRay.HEVC.mkv
Use:
\Movies\Alita Battle Angel (2019)\Alita Battle Angel (2019) [720p.BluRay.HEVC].mkv

You should also clean up naming for your other movies when you get a chance. Many people use FileBot to help with naming. It has pre-built templates for Plex.

After renaming files you may need to perform the Plex Dance to clear old information out of the database.
