I’m running PMS inside a docker container which I don’t think makes a difference in this case. The problem is that I have no posters for TV Shows or for Movies.
In the console in Plex I see errors such as (token replaced):

When I do a metadata refresh I get the following in the Plex server console:

So I am sure that we are getting a response form somewhere. But then if I try to wget the same url I get:

This gives the error:

Connecting to 127.0.0.1:36579... failed: Connection refused.
It’s worth noting that the posters do seem to be downloaded so I don’t know if any of the above is even relevant (just example, probably not show from above):
