Posters are always blank, even for correct matches

I seem to be having a problem similar to [1] on a recently built plex docker instance, in that even when movies are correctly matched, the poster image is never correct (e.g. a random scene from the movie) or is blank (usually blank).

I’ve tried clearing the caches, metadata, and media folders under "plex-docker/config/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/", but no luck.

I’m seeing quite a few of these in the logs, maybe related?

What are the next steps?

I migrated from my QNAP to a Win10 PC and I don’t have the issue anymore.
