Movie Stacking is broken

Server Version#: 1.22.1.4200
Player Version#: Latest Samsung, Roku

Just got LOTR Extended Ed BlueRay. It comes on 2 B-R Disks, I riped then and names them with “- part1” and “- part2” at the end of the name.

Plex it showing the “[2]” in the icon, and the duration is of the first (- part1), not the whole movie.

I just went and looked at all of the other stacked moved I have (maybe a dozen) and they are showing the same thing.

this was NOT doing this before.

Bug in latest?

Please show the full file names. As well as the folder where these are located.

Eric Clapton Crossroads Guitar Festival 2010 (2010) Disk 1.mkv
Eric Clapton Crossroads Guitar Festival 2010 (2010) Disk 2.mkv

All of the ones with this issue are experiencing this. Note that I have for years had this set up and it was working as it is supposed to.

Something recent has changed in plex. (recent could be… last year or more :). I only just noticed it. My assumption is that one of the updates broke this. I always run latest beta. (my system my rules)

TBH there is only one place this is a concern for me… for all of the others I am either using mkvmerge to fix, or just ordering the BR version and using mkvmerge.

However unless this is something unique to my setup (but, it worked before and only change is PMS updates) probably a bug

Make that

Eric Clapton Crossroads Guitar Festival 2010 (2010)-disc1.mkv
Eric Clapton Crossroads Guitar Festival 2010 (2010)-disc2.mkv

instead.

OK. that fixed it… interesting that the old way I did it worked just fine until recently

welp… -part1 and -part2 did not work… neither did -Disk1 and -Disk2. -disc1 and -disc2 at your suggestion did
