Movie stopps on Samsung Smart TV after 1 min

Hi

I have the problem that movies stop on my Smart TV after about 1.30 minutes.
The movie is on a Synology NAS. The network has 1Gb / s.
Here is my system.
Synology NAS DS218j

Samsung UE65JS9580
Software version 1550

Plex version 2.012

The movie I tried has the following data:
MKV H264 1080p 11MBS
I also tried movies with MP4 format and movies with 720p, but nothing changed…

I tried to change the buffer sizes and the transcoding/ direct play in the app.
If i activate transcoding, the movie stopps after a few seconds.
Buffer sizes have no influence.

I changed the TV to a Android TV ( Sony Bravia KD -55xE83 ) and the movie runs without any problem.

I put the movie on a external hard drive with USB 3.0 connecntion and the movie runs without any problem

I uploaded a logfile where i generated the problem.

If you have any tips what I can do, I would be very happy

Try updating your server software version. A fix which might be of relevance was included in 1.19.1

Thank you for your advice but I cannot update to Version 1.19.1.xxxx because i dont have a plex pass.

I updated to version 1.18.9.2578, but the Problem still exists.

Do you have any other ideas what i can do ?

Wait until 1.19.1 becomes public.
Or start looking for a different client device, because the plex app on your TV won’t get any updates anymore.
