Movies don't download metadata regarless of what agent I select

Ive tried all the usual, optimize database, clean bundles, empty trash, etc. every new movie does not have metadata, my path and logs are attached. https://i.imgur.com/RmM4G7H.jpg https://i.imgur.com/4Ft21le.png

  1. May I see the file name and directory structure exactly as you have it?
  2. The files you provided to not contain any references to any file beginning with popstar in the name string. May I have the full set please (Settings - Server - Help - Download Logs) ZIP file attached here with your next post.
  3. If on Linux or a NAS, are permissions ok for PMS to read the file/directory

the plex docker has each folder open to it and each movie has its own folder (so it can be imported into radarr). the trans directory is pointed to my cache drive which is an ssd and is set up as the temp transcode directory under settings as well.
