Has anyone else experienced this happening? It seems to only happen during movies and maybe 2-3 times per movie.
I have Plex Media Server running on Windows 7.
I am still experiencing this issue.
maybe its the remote or lag? are you wireless or wired? i always recommend anyone streaming movies to use wired!
Wired on both ends.
I would get this issue with windows 8.1 but that was due to my harddrive randomly disconnecting and then reconnecting
I recently watched a movie using the Xbox 360 app and did not experience this issue. I believe that is it specific to the Xbox One app rather than the server, although it still could be the server transcoding differently to the two different devices. Any thoughts?
This is definitely happening to others…and dom has it on the known issues list so they are looking to fix it 
I had the issue with my Amazon stick. I turned off the Experimental player and the movies and tv shows started working correctly. Perhaps see if the experimental player is the issue. It is normally under the plex video settings.
I get this problem only on my Xbox One device, my other end-devices play just fine.
Been having this problem for over half a year now, and it has started to annoy me.
Running on Debian, but it makes no difference tho.
ran into the same problem. had to restart the xbox one app to continue watching the movie
An update. I did experience this on the XBox 360 app as well. It happened right at the end of a movie. It did not occur when watching a movie through the Chromecast.
