I’m moving my Plex Media Server to a PC. I have looked for days on how to do this, but only find how to do it from PC to NAS, not NAS to PC. Can anyone help point me in the right direction on what to do for NAS to PC migration? Thanks.

I’ve done Plex migration a few times, but it’s always been Linux to Linux. I wasn’t ever too worried about the data because the libraries would get rebuilt anyways. I would also just re-enter the settings manually.
On your Windows machine, create an SMB share for your media on the NAS then map a network drive on Windows. When you setup the libraries in Plex, use that SMB share as your Library location.
I have a Synology NAS that stores all my media. I map an SMB share to the server and that folder is for my media. Plex assumes the media is streaming from the server directly.
