I tried to play music on both the ios app, on windows and on the Plexamp. All of them showed the tracks but did not play. Plexamp said the tracks were not available but did show album art and names etc.
I restarted the server, I removed the folder/library. Rebooted the server and added the folder/library again. It did not scan the folder and songs are not added. I manually tried to force the scan but nothing and I verified that the folder has permissions/access granted for the plex user in the sinology. I note that the videos play just fine on windows, ios. Now my folder if the sinology interface looks empty. I am unable to add files and before that not even play the ones which had been scanned.
