Hi, I have had to rebuild my server because the drive had to be replaced. My issue is with login in. I use Lastpass authenticator but everytime I try to log in I get a message saying the code is invalid. I have no idea what to do to fix this. Can anyone help?
If you used a Gmail email address to create your plex account, it can be confusing.
You need to distinguish between logging in with your Google account credentials vs. logging in with our Plex account credentials. If you have enabled 2FA on both, you need to know exactly which one to use.
If you pick “Continue with Google”, you need to use the 2FA code and the password from your Google account.
If you however fill in the fields “Email or Username” & “Password” below of all the “Continue with…” buttons, you need to use the 2FA code and the password from your Plex account.
