Hello,
I reinstalled my Plex Media Server from scratch this morning.
Everything was working fine before the reinstall (obviously not, but this part was ok). After setting up the new server and trying to re-grant library access to my users, I’m now stuck with the error:
“This user is already invited.”
This happens immediately when I try to invite them via Grant Library Access (using their exact Plex username) or when trying to edit their access in manage library access
However:

None of these users appear in Library Requests Sent

they appear in Manage Library Access (I can’t edit or remove their access)

They don’t show any pending invitation on their side either (app.plex.tv → Friends / Requests)
It affects around 15 users. This is clearly a classic ghost pending invite / orphaned invitation issue, caused by the previous server installation.
Could a moderator or staff member please clean up these stuck invitation records from the Plex backend?
