Hello, so I’m having the same problem as this user had:
I deleted a couple accounts that had access to my media server accidentally and now when I try and send them an invite I receive an error that they have already been invited.
Is there something I can do or does this require intervention from Plex for some reason? Thanks for your help!
Please DM me the name of the user in question
You DM’ed me two account emails.
The one ending with yahoo.com is hopefully fixed now
the one ending with a gmail.com account does not exists in our system
And gmail.com one is no longer a friend to you, now have shares anymore
So do try and share again, and let me know the outcome
I am still unable to invite either account. I am still presented with “the user is already invited”
Actually, it seems to have worked. I was able to invite them from my media server but still got the message from my laptop using the plex web app
