Multiple issue since last update

Hi all!

Since the update to the 1.13.5.5291 version, I have some issues:

  • The server parameters are not anymore available
  • the transcoder system do errors.

Can you help me to solve this issue?

informations:

  • I have 2 plex server, one on W10 without any issue, one on server 2016 with the 2 issues.
  • computers are up to date.

thanks for your help. but… how I can check this if I can’t access to the server parameters? Can I check a file?

You are a real Ninja :smile: ! It’s right I move the data in the past, but I don’t have this issue before the last update.

the \ was missing.

And I don’t have anymore an error for transcode since I change the path…

I’ve had this issue for some time. The last working version for me was 1.13.2.5154.

It wasn’t until I found this in the logs that I realized I needed to add the "" to the LocalAppDataPath (“C:” → “C:\”):

Warning: ex: boost::filesystem::last_write_time: The system cannot find the file specified: “C:Plex Media Server\Plug-ins”, couldn’t check file: “C:Plex Media Server\Plug-ins”

The new version now works.
