Would that be possible to configure multiple preferred languages in PMS (for subtitles and for audio tracks)?
The idea behind this is that sometimes we have movies for which we cannot find a subtitle in our main language, but we can find one in another language that we understand. Currently, there is no way to tell PMS to use that secondary language.
Real-life example: I have an MKV with a French movie, for which I couldn't find subtitles in my main language (Romanian). However, the MKV already includes subtitles in English. To be able to see those English subtitles on my Bravia TV, I'd need to change the preferred language in PMS to English. However, this would break my other movies that have Romanian subtitles.
The same goes for audio. I have an MKV with a documentary that has two audio tracks: Italian and English. My audio language preference being Romanian (which is not among those two audio tracks), the selected audio will be the first one, Italian, but I'd rather have the English one.
I guess the implementation of such a feature could let the user simply introduce a list of desired languages (for audio tracks and subtitles separately), using their position as precedence (e.g. ro, en, fr would mean first try romanian, else english, else french else whatever).
Thanks.
