Multiple Version - Add Label like with Optimize feature

Hello, is it possible to add a custom label for multiple version files like i get when creating a new version through the optimize menu ?

For example, from a TV Episode with multiple version (1080p & 4K), i have only bitrate and resolution

All files are mkv except the converted file in mp4 but could planned to convert if there is a solution using mp4 tag for example.

That’s not currently supported by Plex. IIRC there’s a feature suggestion discussing options display more details on the version picker.
