Music and videos are empty, photos is only showing videos

Hi,

Since many years, I was using Video station on my Synology Diskstation with no issues. I am trying Plex.

I gave the account rights on the shared videos and music but found no option to replicate that option to subfolder.

Actually, on 50K pictures, I am only seeing mp4 and avi. No pictures.
Music and Videos are still empty.

Any idea?

Hi,

I converted the permission for Windows persmissions for the music folder and it started scanning. Interesting. Was it discussed in the FAQ?
