Synolgy DS 920+
DSM 7.1.1-42962 Update 4
Server Version#: Version 1.31.1.6733
Player Version#: Plex for Windows - Version 1.65.1.3596-7b1f6d97
On my Synology NAS with the above specifications, I recently stopped being able to play files from my “Musik” library. At first, when playing, I received an error message that the file was not found. This affects all MP3 files that are in the \volume1\Musik\Albums folder structure.
To fix the error, I checked the folder permissions. Plex has read-write permissions in all media library folders - so also in the music folder. I therefore decided to rebuild the library and deleted the original folder assignment.
I then reassigned the folder to Media Libraries. In doing so, I noticed that when I select the \volume1\Musik folder, no subfolders are displayed. For all other folders that I can select, subfolders are shown. I therefore assume that something is not working with the folder access.
However, it would then have to be a more widespread problem because, to check, I also created completely new shared folders whose subfolders could not be displayed in Plex either.
Finally, I tried simply typing in the folder name. This works insofar as the path is saved. However, Plex does not search this folder structure. My music library remains empty at least even when I leave the library files in. Therefore, it looks like the subfolders are not found and therefore not searched.
I have taken into account the mentioned hints for reproducing the error - restarting the server after making changes. My video libraries are working fine.
After searching the forum, I have not found a similar error image and therefore wanted to inquire if the error is known? I would be very pleased about support.

Log files
I will gladly provide the log files to the team on request, since they contain sensitive data, e.g. path names, and I therefore do not want to upload them here for public access.
