Music: Independent Music App

I feel music should have an independent app. you can name it “PLEX AUDIO”,And because there is no other categories; I feel an independent app would work smoother …This option would make me consider cancelling spotify and play music. This would be an awesome feature! Just thinking about it makes me a happy man.

I meant an android/IOS…basically mobile. I really appreciate the suggestion. Thanks for taking the time to reply.

[implemented] Dedicated Plex Music App for Android/iOS

Right now I use Madsonic and Dsub for streaming my music library to my phone. It just works better than the Plex Android app, and this is understandable since Dsub is a dedicated music app. I think Plex can take most of what they already have and add the bells and whistles that a normal music player would have. Basically I think Plex should keep audio and video separate on their mobile platforms. I think Plexamp was a step in the right direction, but obviously that is just for Windows/Mac.
