Music Library Scan Does Not Pick Up New Files

PMS is running on a Synology DS920+ as a virtual machine.

I have added new files to the music library but after a forced “Scan Library Files” the new files have not been detected (don’t show under the artist or recently added in music).

I have done the ‘Plex Dance’ including empty trash, clean bundles, optimize database.

Any suggestions ?

Update 9/25
Saw another post mentioning DBRepair.sh so I tried it. No luck. It found no problems but I still had it do it’s stuff. New media in Music (I haven’t yet tried other libraries) is still not showing up.

I can’t explain it but when adding other music today, I found that under the artist “Various Artists” in an album titled “Unknown Album” I found the missing album that wasn’t showing up in “Recently Added” or under the artist I expected.
Multiple albums were co-located under a single “Unknown Album” entry.

I need to remember to check “Unknown Album” entries when I can’t find what I expect !!
