Music not updating to PLEX, when added to Synology NAS, movies fine

Player Version#:4.70.0

Music not updating to PLEX, when added to Synology NAS, movies are fine. Was working fine I believe until I changed routers and had to find NAS again, any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like you have a LAN addressing problem so need to verify

  1. Restart Plex
  2. Wait 2 minutes
  3. recreate the error you see
  4. Download the Logs ZIP file
  5. Attach it here for review.

Hi Is this what you want, i’m not really familiar with the menus. I think you could be right about the LAN as it states “Internet Connection Is Needed”
