Music organization without folder structure

Simple question, can plex music scanner be set to just take a large list of songs in one folder and create the proper structure within the library if the songs albums artists etc are perfectly tagged?

I have a tool that records my playlists that I use to make flash drives for the car but it doesn’t auto organize, it does however tag each file flawlessly.

It may work but it would be a bad and extremely slow experience, only getting worse the more you add to it.
