Music theme tv show ios app

I change my router yesterday and now on my ios plex app doesn’t play music tv show. When i disconnect and reconnect with my gmail account , the music theme works but if I close Plex app or play a video, the music theme tv show disappear. On pc with chrome and the plex app, it’s good.
My plex server is on a NAS Qnap.

Exactly the same issue with Plex running on my Synology NAS.

iOS Player Version#: 5.9
Plex Server Version#: 1.14.1.5488

I have the same issue with my plex server running on my computer

Me too.
If I disconnect the app for the fist time the theme is played.
Then it is not played anymore.
