I received emails this morning telling me my account hjas been used in USA and I am in UK. I noticed that a lot of unauthorised devices were also showing up in my devices list.
I started to delete them and after a while I was kicked out of my own server and now I can’t get back in. I have changed the password but can’t access the server as I keep getting prompted for the two factor authentication code, which I assume the hacker has imposed. I have no idea how the hacker has accessed my account but I read that Plex was Pwned a while back, I haven’t changed my password in years so perhaps that’s the reason, IDK.
So I am currently accessing this forum through another Plex account I have created because I can’t even login to the forum with my plex pass account because of the 2FA.
Can someome please help me get my account back, Is there a way to delete all devices except my 2 PC’s and override the 2FA.
I’d appreciate any help, it’s really doing my head in and I’d like access to my PLex Pass account so I can continue to take advantage of using Trakt, which I can’t with this makeshift server.
