My Cloud Home will not get Plex update any sooner!

Seeing how reluctant Western Digital is in providing updates to their NAS.
I decided to reach out to WD Customer Support for asking if they will provide any update to Plex on My Cloud Home devices.

They said: “Please be informed that Plex is a third-party application and I request you to contact Plex community forum for any issue relate to the update”

Considering they haven’t even patched their own NAS firmware, how will they provide any Plex server update?

i would like to know this aswell, the only reason i bought the server was to use as a PMS

Me too and I think we must write on WD Forums about what we want. I have already started it. :smiley:
