Hello,
I’m having an issue with using my desktop (via wifi, which is my only option right now) to be a media server for plex. My speeds on my pc are 175/MBPS down and 145/MBPS up. This should be fast enough but whenever I try to play something, I get buffering about every five seconds. Looking at my dashboard when streaming, my bandwidth rollercoasters between 20-25mbps to 10mps. I’m not sure what is causing the problem. The files I play are MKV and I never have any internet issues other than this. Would love to get this working to avoid using an Nvidia Shield that I would have to buy. I’m trying to stream exclusively to fire tv 4k sticks that I have placed throughout my home.
