HELP my hdhr3-us dont work on my plex 
im from canada please help me
I don’t believe the HDHR3-US is supported by Plex. The HDHR-3CC (Prime), HDHR4-2US (Connect), and HDTC-2US-M (Extend) are the only devices I am aware of that work with Plex. The device must basically support DLNA which the HDHR3-US (Dual) does not, I have a HDHR3-US as well which is not recognized by Plex. Models may be different for Canada so I would suggest verifying this information.

The list says that all models of HDHomerun are supported. I too am having a ridiculous number of problems with my HDHR3-US.
Reviving a two year old forum thread. The HDHR3-US should be supported by Plex. At the time of the original posts on this thread it was not supported, but since February 2017 it has been added to the supported list but don’t recall exactly when it was added. I still have mine connected to my network but is not being used by any of my normal Plex servers. I did just configure it on my laptop which I use for testing.
I then started two recordings on it:
I was also able to startup a Live TV session of one of the recordings. I merged two screenshots below, one showing the Live TV session and the other showing the session from the dashboard on the server.
It might help to know what issues you are having. Have you used the HDHomeRun Software to configure the device? The software will also check for the latest drivers for the device.
