DSM 6 or 7? With DSM 6, do not put media in the /Plex shared folder. Is there another folder between TV Shows and Dharma & Greg? The show folder must be directly below the folder added to the library.

To add to FordGuy, Like DSM 6 with no media in the Plex shared folder, On DSM 7, don’t put any media in the PlexMediaServer shared folder. You CAN put media in the “Plex” shared folder because it’s no longer used for PMS internals / operation.

Make sure you follow ALL the steps in the Plex Dance , in the correct order. I suspect once that happens you should be good. As you caught it, naming was an issue, that is not uncommon, which is why we asked for photos.
