You forgot one critical thing, I need the server logs. That will tell us if there is database corruption, permissions issues or some other cause.
The reason I asked for both the logs after a plex dance and a screenshot of the files/path is sometimes its an non-obvious obvious typo in the filename, IE S00S00, and it lets me know what to look for in the logs to find relevant log messages.
