My Library isn't updating

My library has stopped updating after adding new titles to the folder where it’s been directed to read. I saw the firewall post, and the Plex Server and the Plex app have been made exceptions. Any other ideas?

Server Version#: 1.26.0.5715
Player Version#: No idea, downloaded the latest Mac OS version

See All media now unexpectedly says "Please check the permissions for this file." - #2 by tom80H

Thank you for the link. I added the permissions, restarted the programs and the computer, but still the same problem.

Can you preform a scan and upload the logs?

That is just one of the logs I was looking for can you grab the server logs and upload all of them (plex creates a zip for you)
