My PC no longer see's the PMS running on my Nvidia Shield Pro

I’ve been using Plex on my Nvidia Shield Pro for awhile now. I have my media attached by an external HD storage.

Earlier this week, I had my AT&T modem replaced and also bought a Google Nest router. I’m assuming that these changes caused the following problem.

Now, I can no longer see my Nvidia Shield Pro server and media from my Windows 10 PC. I’m logged into both devices, using the same credentials. On the Shield, I see my folders of movies and they play fine. But logged in from the PC, I can no longer see my media.

How can I fix or repair this issue? My concern is, if I created a new server, will I be able to access my media? And, on the Nvidia Shield, I’m assuming that creating a new server means deleting everything that’s saved.

Please help me out.
