Why has someone taken me out of plex now I can’t get back in I had a life time plex pass can someone please now.
Your Plex Pass is still assigned to your plex account.
But your server hasn’t been seen since about 2 weeks.
Have you switched computers?
Have you previously had access to a server from a different person?
I just finished watching a program it finished went back to the main page of plex and that’s when it happened all it’s saying now is becoming a new user I already have account with them

Did you watch a video from your own server
or did you use a ‘channel’
or a video from someone else’s Plex server?
I watched one of the folders the program was columbo came out because it finished and all that’s coming up now is welcome to classic plex

Do you have a computer where you installed Plex server on?
Please go to your computer, open a web browser and open the plex.tv website. Log in with your Plex credentials. Click on ‘Launch’ on the top right corner.
Do you see your server and its content now?
